AFES (an atmospheric GCM) becomes an open source software

AFES, atmospheric general circulation model for the Earth Simulator, becomes an open source software. AFES has been developed in JAMSTEC and significantly contributed to the Hotspot1 and Hotspot2 projects, which are the predecessors of Habitable Japan project.
