2025 Summer Observation Campaign off Sanriku #23

The Seisui-maru is currently heading west off the coast of Tokai, against the Kuroshio. In addition to reports on the results of the observations, students also introduced their research. Various topics such as meteorology, oceanography, and biologging were discussed, providing a great opportunity for participants to bond even more.
In addition, bamboo trees appeared in the student rooms on board to celebrate Tanabata on July 7th! Among the many wishes made, one student’s wish was… that the released turtles would swim around happily😃
