2nd meeting on observations @Yugawara Onsen (Feb. 3-4)

The 2nd meeting on observations was held at Yugawara Onsen in Kanagawa/Shizuoka prefectures. Various observations including the two-vessel observation campaign in the Pacific off Tohoku in June-July 2025 and the observation in Japan Sea in January-February 2026 were discussed with online participants including one from Showa Base in Antarctica.
