Visiting Tanabe-Nakashima Oceanographic Observation Tower (Oct. 31)

Yoko Iwamoto and Yumiko Obayashi (A02-5) visited the Tanabe-Nakashima Oceanographic Observation Tower of the Disaster Prevention Research Institute, Kyoto University built in the bay mouth of Tanabe Bay, Wakayama prefecture, to examine the possibility of an additioanl observation of atmosphere-ocean boundary. (Though not visible, they’re wearing a life jacket around their waist!)
