Joint workshop of A01-3, A03-8, and A03-9 Groups @Sapporo (Sep. 16–19)

A joint workshop of A01-3 (heat waves and cold spells), A03-8 (monsoon), and A03-9 (climate variability) Groups was held at Hokkaido University on 16–19 September. The workshop was a great success, drawing over 50 participants and creating a vibrant atmosphere. Many possibilities for collaboration between the Groups and new research ideas have emerged.
