Route from Fukuoka Airport

Take the Fukuoka City Subway going to “Meinohama” or “Karatsu” at Fukuoka Airport Station. For Meinohama: Take the JR Chikuhi Line going to “Karatsu” at “Meinohama” Station, and get off at “Kyudai-Gakkentoshi” Station. For Karatsu: Get off at “Kyudai-Gakkentoshi” Station (You do not need to transfer at “Meinohama” Station)m and at “Kyudai-Gakkentoshi” Station, take the Showa Bus going to “Kyudai Sogo Ground (九大総合グラウンド)” at Bus Stop No.3 and get off at “Kyudai Big Orange (九大ビッグオレンジ)” bus stop.

Route from Hakata Station (Either 1 or 2)

  1. Take the Fukuoka City Subway going to “Meinohama” or “Karatsu” at Hakata Station. For Meinohama: Take the JR Chikuhi Line going to “Karatsu” at Meinohama Station, and get off at Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station. Route from Tenjin (Either 1 or 2)

  1. Take the Fukuoka City Subway going to “Meinohama” or “Karatsu” at Tenjin Station. For Meinohama: Take the JR Chikuhi Line going to “Karatsu” at Meinohama Station, and get off at Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station. For Karatsu: Get off at “Kyudai-Gakkentoshi” Station (You do not need to transfer at “Meinohama” Station), and at “Kyudai-Gakkentoshi” Station, take the Showa Bus going to “Kyudai Sogo Ground (九大総合グラウンド)” at Bus Stop No.3 and get off at “Kyudai Big Orange (九大ビッグオレンジ)” bus stop.
  2. Take the Nishitetsu bus going directly to “Kyudai Ito Campus K (九大伊都キャンパスK)” from “Tenjin 2/2B (Soralia Stage)/天神ソラリアステージ前2/2B” or “Tenjin-Kita (3)/天神北(3:フタタ前)” bus stop .

For Presenters

Oral presentations

Please prepare slides with an aspect ratio of 16:9 (strongly recommended). With a 4:3 slide, the top and bottom portions will protrude slightly from the screen. Presenters can use their own PC for presentation. Please prepare the PC with HDMI port. Invited and general speakers will have 20 and 15 minutes, respectively, including time for Q&A.

Poster presentations

The size of the poster board is 90 cm (width) by 180 cm (height). The poster size, number of sheets, etc. is all up to the presenters as long as it fits the board. No poster printing service is available at the workshop venue. Please display on the board with the same number as your poster number. You can display your poster throughout the workshop, but please remove it from the poster board by 15:00 on July 18 at the latest. If not removed, it will be disposed of.

Outstanding Student Presentation Award

All student presentations (both oral and posters, indicated by blue in the program) are eligible for awards which recognize exceptional presentations demonstrating excellence in scientific communication, clarity, and impact. Three awards will be given to selected students at the end of the workshop.

Reception

The reception of the international workshop will be held in the Wednesday evening (7/16) at Big Sand (B1F) of Ito Campus, Kyushu University. For attending this banquet, you are requested to fill in this form by June 30, 2025 (JST).

Fee (tentative): 6,000 JPY/person for non-student participants, 3,000 JPY/person for students. The fees may change depending on the number of participants.

Payment Information: Payments can be made with ONLY CASH at the workshop registration desk. Please note that we can only accept payments in JPY. Unfortunately, we do not accept any credit card.
